Build up strength and agility with bursts of workout. MicroWorkouts app helps you get into a daily workout routine on a micro basis. Choose your sets and you get notifications every hour to complete a light exercise. Setting just 10 pushups = 100 pushups every day!
Unable to devote your time to an hourly basis? MicroWorkouts is flexible to your schedule, so you can complete the exercises at your own pace (faster or slower).
Features:
50+ exercises: generally categorized by arms, legs, glutes, abs, and obliques. Users can select their set by
Swipe-able exercise cards: User can swipe the cards left or right for different purposes. Swiping right will "complete" the exercise listed on the card. Swiping left will "skip" the exercise listed on the card. The user gets to complete 10 or more exercises for the day. If they skip more than 10 exercises, youll get a warning. In V1.0, exercise history is not saved. The user will be able to view the next exercise, shown on the cards, with flexibility to complete in their own time. Notifications are sent hourly.
Start Time: Users can set a time to start exercising every day. It can be set in the parameters menu on the left. Notifications start based on this set time.
